The influence of the conditions of cathodic microplasma synthesis on the kinetics of the formation of silver nanoparticles in solutions of stabilizers was established: sacrificial and insoluble anodes; concentrations of surfactants and silver ions; modes of microplasma electrolysis. The dependence of physicochemical characteristics of silver nanoparticles on the conditions of microplasma electrolysis has been established. The antimicrobial activity of the synthesized silver nanoparticles against individual gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms was investigated and recommendations for bactericidal formulations were proposed. The principles of synthesis of silver nanoparticles by microplasma method, electrolysis and sonogalvanic replacement for "green" technologies and the kinetic scheme of the process for creating the scientific foundations of the design of silver nanoparticles have been developed
