 At the second stage of the work new and improved methods of synthesis of the intermediates and the target compounds were developed, physicochemical properties of synthesized compounds were studied, spectral and chromatographic researches were carried out. Pharmacophore models of Abl protein kinase receptor and cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 have been developed. The solubility of the synthesized compounds was studied in accordance with the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine and the membranotropic action of the synthesized compounds and their influence on the structure and microviscosity of model lipid membranes were studied
