84 pediatric patients with ASD were examined. Methods of examination of patients are selected and mastered: clinical, biochemical, molecular genetic. Laboratory researches, statistical analysis of the received results are executed. The latest algorithms of therapy and prevention have been proposed, which have improved the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of patients with ASD. The conducted research allowed to expand the idea of the formation of pathology of autism spectrum disorders by studying the metabolism of vitamin D, to develop methods for early diagnosis and effective prevention of such conditions.
