 In scientific research of develops the theoretical foundations of diagnostics of the sectoral management process, which is based on the principle of a nonlinear approach to the functioning of economic and ecological systems. The characteristic features and algorithm of behavior of systems are determined, namely: alternative motion, emergence of emergent directions of system changes, imbalance of its components, presence of synergetic effects, cyclic processes and bifurcation periods, which allow to adjust vectors of transition to ecologically acceptable economic development. Characteristic sectoral features of nonlinear development of economic and ecological systems are substantiated - conflict nature of its components, loss of stability system, asynchrony of sectoral institutional dynamics, intensification of external and internal factors that strengthen signs of nonlinearity, which are revealed by formalization, systematization and typology. sectors of the economy. The failure of traditional management in the conditions of uncertainty of behavior of economic and ecological systems is proved. The regulatory influence of diagnostic results on the nature of the response of the management system is determined. A system of principles of nonlinear approach to management of greening processes is formulated. The necessity of changing the whole development of sectoral strategies in the direction of greening by implementing the principles of nonlinearity in the management of sectoral development as an alternative to management support of linear trends in economic growth is proved. In the context of informatization of the management decision-making process, a digitized algorithm for collecting, processing, storing and using information support for objective management decisions in the field of environmentally friendly nature management is presented.
