The subject of research is the system of evaluation of service activity of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of career management of servicemen by military ranks.
The goal of the work is scientific and methodological justification of revisions to the existing evaluation system, improvement of its processes and formation of evaluation criteria in the conditions of career management by military ranks.
Main results of the research:
1. The following issues are developed and proposed for implementation in the work of personnel services: algorithm of actions of commanders (officers in charge), officials of personnel services to assess the service activities of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in terms of career management of servicemen by military ranks; algorithm for career management of officers by military ranks; a new version of the structured form of the "Serviceman's Assessment Card" and the auxiliary officer's evaluation form "Candidate's evaluation form during the interview (cross-examination)"; "Sheet of study of personal qualities of the candidate"; the structure of the automated information analytical personal database for the serviceman “Database for the serviceman”, which will be one of the components of the information-analytical system “Personnel”; additional criteria for the evaluation of the service activities of servicemen, new approaches and the procedure for the evaluation of servicemen.
2. Test methods (tests) to evaluate the professionally important qualities of servicemen are proposed.
3. Recommendations are submitted for amendments (additions) to the legal documents governing the organization and conducting evaluation of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as well as to the Guidelines for the organization and evaluation of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
