Research methods – molecular biological (PCR, cloning, mutagenesis, expression of recombinant proteins), physico-chemical (HDX-MS, analytical centrifugation,V-ray scattering), biochemical (chromatographic purification of individual proteins, Western blot), bioinformatics (molecular modeling). Results and novelty: For the first time the structural dynamics of eEF1Bβ and eEF1Bγ proteins was elucidated experimentally. For the first time molecular form of multimeric eEF1Bβ protein was determined and the level of its multimerization was examined.
