Change of the priorities of the modern education development needs the new views on the future specialists’ training to the foreign communication. The foreign professional competency may be defined as the integrative personal and professional formation which is realised through the psychological, technical and operational readiness of the personality to fulfil the professional activity effectively including the foreign language usage in the context of the foreign culture. In a general way the structure of the foreign professional competence may be designed together with such components as the competencies belonging to the linguistic, sociolinguistic and pragmatic levels. In process of the foreign communicative competency of the students-foreigners forming one should also take into account: lingual (linguistic) competency which counts on the system of knowledge, skills and habits to fulfil the foreign communication in the typical situations of the educational, professional and cultural spheres of communication; sociocultural competency including the background knowledge, linguistic and speech material necessary for the revealing of the sociocultural information as well as realities, free and fixed collocations, speaking etiquettes formulas; habits and skills of the background knowledge as well as lingual and speech material of the sociocultural sphere operating; professional competency which foresees the sub-skills and skills of the foreign professionally relevant information searching and operating, knowledge of the special terminological vocabulary, reading skills as well as ability to tease out the central idea in the special texts. Thus, development of the didactic model of the foreign students’ professional speech competency forming with allowance for the possibilities of the informational educational technologies belongs to the perspective trend of the scientific and pedagogical investigations
