The research’s object are 908 patients with resistant and pseudo-resistant hypertension, comorbid arterial hypertension with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, type II diabetes, chronic cerebral ischemia, dorsalgia. The aim of the work is to develop new diagnosis and rehabilitation methods for patients with arterial hypertension and concomitant pathology by pharmacotherapy and preformed physical factors. Research methods -anamnesis, general clinical examination, laboratory and instrumental methods, questionnaires, statistical methods of information processing. Improving the treatment efficiency of patients with hypertension and concomitant pathology, improving the diagnosis and therapy monitoring in the family doctors’ practice, increasing patient’s adherence to treatment.
