The objects of research are the distribution and dynamics of defects, impurities and electronic excitations in crystals under electromagnetic and nuclear irradiation. The aim of the work is to obtain quantitative estimates of the thermoelectric characteristics of amorphous oxide semiconductors in the framework of the model of random fluctuations of the local edge of the conduction band. Establishing regularities of parameters of interaction of localized charge with molecular oscillations in disordered systems. Construction of the theory of the atomic-nuclear process of excitation of the nucleus through the electronic subsystem. The results can be used in further basic research, in particular to test existing and develop new theoretical approaches.
