The objects of research are the distribution and dynamics of defects, impurities and electronic excitations in crystals under electromagnetic and nuclear irradiation. The aim of the work is to build a theory of charge carrier mobility in disordered polymers. Establishment of regularities of double diffraction of γ-photons both on the collimation gap and in the crystal in Laue geometry. Obtaining quantitative estimates of the parameters of two-dimensional diffusion of particles with finite lifetime. The results can be used in further basic research, in particular to test existing and develop new theoretical approaches.
