 Research report: 74 p., sources - 59. Object of research – methods of training specialists in language testing in the system of distance learning in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Purpose of the work – development of methods for training language testing specialists in the distance learning system in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, development of a distance learning course and its training program to improve a diagnostic competence of language testing specialists in accordance with NATO STANAG 6001 standard. Research methods – theoretical: analysis and synthesis, abstraction and concretization, generalization, induction, analogy, comparison and systematization of scientific, pedagogical, educational and methodical literature, legal documents, guidelines of higher military educational institutions to clarify the state of development of the research problem; empirical: study of literature and results of educational activities of these institutions, observation, conducting scientific support of the educational process of teaching a foreign language, study and generalization of pedagogical experience. The results of the research work are the basis for the development of a training methodology for the distance learning system in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, development of a distance learning course and its training program to improve the diagnostic competence of language testing specialists in accordance with the NATO STANAG 6001 standard.
