The study included 98 patients with metastatic liver disease.
The purpose of the work is diagnosis, multimodal treatment and rehabilitation of patients with locally advanced and metastatic tumors, ischemic brain lesions, carotid atherosclerosis, varicose veins of the lower extremities, postoperative ventral hernias, obesity, obesity, physiology.
Research methods: clinical, biochemical, radiological, instrumental, laboratory, statistical.
Results and their novelty: features of therapeutic pathomorphosis in the area of treatment of colorectal cancer metastases to the liver by the method of radiofrequency thermal ablation at different times of the postoperative period were studied.
The expediency of using intraoperative biopsy to assess the effectiveness of the method of radiofrequency ablation in metastatic liver disease has been determined.
Peculiarities of the postoperative period after radiofrequency thermal ablation are determined and compared with the results of resection techniques.
Indicators of direct results of treatment with radiofrequency ablation and 2-5 year survival of this cohort of cancer patients are proved.
