Among the pathogenic bacteria the species of Aeromonas salmonicida, Aeromonas hydrophila, Yersinia ruckeri, Flavobacterium psychrophilum were identified. Target genes for species differentiation of relevant infectious agents were identified and amplified, DNA fragments for nucleotide analysis were purified and stored.
