The viruses of VHSV, IHNV, IPNV and PRV-3 were detected in trout, IPNV virus was identified in brook trout, SVCV and CEV viruses were identified in common carp and AcIV-E virus was diagnosed in sturgeons. Among the pathogenic bacteria the species of Aeromonas salmonicida, Aeromonas hydrophila, Yersinia ruckeri, Flavobacterium psychrophilum were identified. Target genes for species differentiation of relevant infectious agents were identified and amplified, DNA fragments for nucleotide analysis were purified and stored.
