Results and novelty: For the first time the structural dynamics of eEF1B, eF1Bβ and eEF1Bγ subunits of multiprotein complex eEF1B was elucidated experimentally. For the first time molecular form of eEF1B, eEF1Bγ and trimeric eEF1Bβ proteins was determined. For the first time experimenatally based computational models of spatial organization of eEF1B, eEF1Bβ and eEF1Bγ were generated.
