The aim of the study is to improve diagnostic and treatment tactics of patients with precancerous gastric conditions based on a comprehensive study of the interaction of comorbid factors, cytokine balance, the presence of excessive bacterial growth syndrome on structural changes in the gastric mucosa. Research methods: clinical, instrumental, functional, morphological, immunological, microbiological, statistical. In 78.7% of the examined pathology of the thyroid gland was detected for the first time, which are manifested as diffuse (31.6%) and nodular (48.7%). The role of nodal changes of the thyroid gland and cytokine profile imbalance as factors that initiate perestroika changes in the gastric mucosa of precancerous orientation has been determined.
