Features of the structural organization and thermomechanical properties of stoichiometric PEC based on functionalized samples of cyclodextrin and chitosan, as well as metal-containing nanocomposites with nanoparticles (Ag) and Cu2O formed by chemical and thermochemical methods of recovery of cations (Ag +) and (Cu2+) are investigated. It has been established that the degree of swelling of the received matrices is higher with a low content of phosphate groups in starch. The use of the starch derivative matrix (FS) slows the rate of release of clotrimazole (more than 2 times), presumably, due to the formation of hydrogen. It is established that the studied copper and silver-containing nanocomposites based on stoichiometric PECs have high antibacterial activity relative to gram-positive (S. aureus) and gram-negative (E. coli) test cultures.
