The high activity of the cellulase complex (300U / g) allows maintaining the linear proportionality of product growth from the concentration of enzymes. The process of enzymatic saccharification of fibre should be carried out for up to 96 hours, depending on technological needs. Pre-mercerization of the paper does not have a significant advantage in the process of its saccharification, and this will reduce the process and reduce the cost of the final product. The rate of the catalytic reaction is equal to half the limiting concentration of the enzyme of approximately 20 U/g. The Michaelis-Menten constant is 0.063 M, and the maximum reaction rate is 1.9 μM/min. For the I. lacteus cellulase complex, we recommended using a substrate at a concentration of 5–7% for the highest yield of reducing sugars.
