A new approach for providing optimal mode of working of systems with lack of control influences is developed. A universal concept of solving problems of stabilization and optimization of the motion of nonlinear systems is created. New control strategies for the partial stabilization of the solution of the class of affine control systems have been obtained. The mathematic model of behavior of a single-link manipulator with elastic joint and the TORA model, which takes into account the effect of vibration damping, the nonlinear nature of the elastic force and the presence of inaccurate parameters, are constructed and investigated. A constructive method for the synthesis of control functions in the problem of observing the velocity of oscillations and determining the coefficients of elastic coupling of two Van der Pol oscillators has been developed. The method of energy estimates for the study of the behavior of solutions of double nonlinear parabolic equations with singular boundary data and semilinear elliptic equations has been developed and improved.
