The object of study is processes of exclusive interruption in the regions’ socio-economic development management system. The subject of study is theoretical principles of determination of exclusive regulation phenomenon, its essential characteristics and the methodological basis of causes, manifestations, and consequences for socio-economic development of regions patterns study.
The purpose of the study is the identification of regions’ socio-economic development exclusive regulation patterns and risks and development of regions’ inclusive growth model formation theoretical-and-methodological principles.
Research methods - generalization, quantitative and qualitative analysis, economic-and-mathematical modeling, logical-analytical, graphic.
Theoretical-and-methodological principles of exclusive and inclusive regions’ socio-economic development are studied. Patterns and risks of Ukrainians regions’ socio-economic exclusive regulation are substantiated. Regional development regulation organizational-and-resourced provision problems are researched. Essence, prerequisites, and manifestation forms of political, social, and spatial exclusivity are studied. Region’s socio-economic development exclusivity regulation factors and consequences are analyzed. Methodological approach to regions’ socio-economic development exclusivity regulation assessment is proposed. Economic, social, market and spatial exclusion parametric analysis is done. Regions’ socio-economic development exclusive regulation overcoming directions are identified and substantiated. Conception of regions’ socio-economic development exclusive regulation counterwork is developed.
