Increased chances of an unfavorable prognosis in patients with RAG are associated with higher baseline serum levels of citrulline (OR = 1.07; CI: 1.03 - 1.10), cystatin C (OR = 1.81; CI: 1.22 - 2.68), TNF-α (OR = 2.18; CI: 1.15 - 4.13), daily albuminuria (OR = 1.01; CI: 1.00 - 1.01), body mass index OR = 1.17; CI: 1.03 - 1.32) and lower baseline GFR-cC (OR = 0.96; CI: 0.93 - 0.99) and previous low adherence to antihypertensive therapy (OR = 2 , 63; CI: 1.11 - 6.21). The independent factors of growth of relative risk of occurrence of the combined end point include initial indicators of the maintenance of endothelial progenitor cells in blood ≤ 1818 cells / ml, level of average daily SAT> 163 mm of mercury. Art. and blood citrulline concentrations> 68 μmol / L. Based on the obtained data, a three-factor model created for predicting the risk of developing the primary endpoint - cardiovascular and renal complications as well as calculator for predicting the course of RAG.
