The using of boundary conditions in the form of scattering matrices for solving boundary value problems on the eigen frequencies of volume resonators based on multilayer planar structures of the open and semi-open types is investigated; methods of analysis of oscillation processes based on the theory of differential equations with variable coefficients and additional periodic conditions are also developed.
