Methodology and methodological tools (combination of principal components method, Butterworth filtering, correlation-regression analysis) of research on the effectiveness of public administration (both as a whole and its components) as determinants of public trust have been developed. An economic-mathematical model for estimating the cointegration of behavioral impulse transfer to stabilize the national economy is created. The strength and directions of the causal relationship between behavioral impulses and macroeconomic stability of the national economy based on a dynamic approach are determined.
