The methodological approach to studying the content of transparency and public trust at the macro, meso, and micro levels of its manifestation has been developed, which allowed forming a clear set of preconditions (factors) for its emergence and formation in various institutional sectors, as well as risks to macroeconomic stability. Methodology and methodological tools (combination of principal components method, Butterworth filtering, correlation-regression analysis) of research on the effectiveness of public administration (both as a whole and its components) as determinants of public trust have been developed. An economic-mathematical model for estimating the cointegration of behavioral impulse transfer to stabilize the national economy is created. The strength and directions of the causal relationship between behavioral impulses and macroeconomic stability of the national economy based on a dynamic approach are determined. A logit model of identification of channels through which the fastest and most productive transfer of behavioral impulses to the macroeconomic stability of the national economy is developed
