The subject of research is the immunophenotype of malignant tumor cells, molecular features of the interaction of fluorophore-conjugated antibodies with cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, the effectiveness of fluorescence-guided surgery in the visualization of malignant neoplasms. The aim of the work is to create a technique of intraoperative photodynamic imaging in the near infrared region of the spectrum of malignant tumors of the main localizations using fluorophore-conjugated antibodies to molecules of cancer-embryonic antigen. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: to conduct immunohistochemical study of normal and tumor tissues for the expression of different types of CEACAM; perform "mapping" of the immunological profile of carcinoma; conjugate anti-CEACAM antibodies with fluorophores. Research methods - histological (hematoxylin and eosin staining) and immunofluorescent (determination of CEACAM expression) study of postoperative material; creation of fluorophore-conjugated anti-CEACAM antibodies according to the protocols of the fluorophore manufacturer; mathematical methods.
