Methods for determining the parameters of fatigue pre-destruction zones, plasticity zones and fatigue crack start points have been developed. A technical task for the creation of a portable optical-digital device for non-destructive testing and measurement of 3D surface roughness parameters has been developed. A model of a portable optical-digital device was made, tested and implemented. The final report has been prepared.
