The conditions for increasing the reliability of operating modes of the ІPS of Ukraine with the use of energy storage units have been analyzed. The software for modeling the modes of the ІPS of Ukraine has been developed. Mathematical models of two modifications of the two-stage transportation problem have been created. Algorithms for solving linear problems of robust optimization have been developed. Mathematical models have been developed for the modernization of the capacities of arcs of fault-tolerant networks.
