The scientific and technical product is prepared using bibliometric analysis methods (using VOSviewer v.1.6.10 and SciVal by Elsevier), methods of economic and mathematical modeling (panel regression model, distributed lag model, SVM-model of machine learning of two types (epsilon- SVM regression and nu-SVM regression), linear programming by generalized decreasing gradient, multivariate adaptive regression splines, structural modeling, associative rules, Pareto method, principal components method, Kinney multiplicative convolution).
