In accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals for 2016-2030, the problem of reconciling socio-environmental and economic contradictions and the introduction of environmentally friendly products, technologies and industries is recognized by the world expert community as a global priority. The project envisages the development of a causal model of the organization of clean production, which will take into account the environmental, social and economic interests of stakeholders, eliminate internal systemic contradictions that arise in the process of their collaboration at all stages of the life cycle of green management. The causal model will formalize the causal links between costs, effects, risks of stakeholders: enterprises - participants in the technological chain, resource suppliers, consumers, local communities and public authorities, which have the authority to regulate, control and stimulate the introduction of environmentally friendly industries. The practical value of this model is that it will describe not only the basic (universal for all types of clean production and regions) structural relationships, but also contain a set of control parameters that make it flexible to adapt to product, technological, sectoral and regional specifics, which creates opportunities for its scaling in different countries, industries and regions
