The object of the study is the process of creating and implementing open educational resources in the field of expert justice, determining the algorithm of actions for their use in educational and scientific training programs for forensic experts, students and graduate students. The purpose of the work is to identify current trends in the use of open educational resources based on a comprehensive study of scientific approaches and to form practical conclusions aimed at implementing and improving mechanisms for educational and scientific activities in the field of justice. The theoretical and practical result of the work is that the work formed conclusions on improving the mechanisms of educational and scientific activities in the field of expert justice, published scientific papers and created educational and scientific videos demonstrating the work of forensic experts during expert research, with the possibility of their remote use during the training of expert personnel. Effectiveness of implementation - the formulated conclusions can be used in research activities - to carry out further research and development to improve learning processes in the field of expert support of justice with the use of educational technologies; in lawmaking - in the activities of competent authorities in reforming sectoral legislation; in law enforcement - in order to improve the practice of using open educational resources by expert institutions and institutions of higher education; in the educational process - during the preparation of textbooks, programs, texts of lectures, training courses, etc. Field of use - education, science, forensic science.
