popup.description1
development of scientific and methodological complex (SCC) and practical tools for Ukraine's transition to the model of additive economy based on the rationale for the introduction of breakthrough technologies and digital transformation, which ensures progressive social development, resource security, high competitiveness of the national economy. Tasks: development of the concept (theoretical and methodological basis, basic hypotheses, principles, methods, tools) of substantiation of maintenance of sesteynovy development and resource safety by taking into account efficiency of introduction of breakthrough technologies and digital transformation; analysis of problem nodes and successful practices of transition to the model of additive (digital) economy in line with modern trends of industrial revolutions: Industries 3.0; 4.0; 5.0; substantiate and test the following methods 1) assess the effectiveness of digital transformations to ensure sesteynovgo (sustainable) development; 2) assessment of the effects of the spread of breakthrough technologies in socio-economic systems; 3) substantiation of the tools to ensure innovative sesteynovo development of economic systems based on economic, technological, environmental and social fluctuations; development of appropriate software for easy use of these techniques; development of a system of calculation algorithms, methods and models for substantiation of management decisions on digital transformation of sectors of the national economy; development of a model of spatial optimization of the development of the country's regions based on a combination of information divergence and economic and digital convergence of their productive forces; analysis of the development of technological cycles from the fluctuation impulses of breakthrough technologies to their possible spread in the business environment.

The object of research – the processes associated with ensuring the development of resource, resource and economic security of the national economy. The purpose of the work is to develop a scientific and methodological complex and practical tools for Ukraine's transition to an additive economy model based on the rationale for the introduction of disruptive technologies and digital transformation that ensures progressive social development, resource security, high competitiveness of the national economy.
As a result of the first stage of research, the statistical base of the analysis of digital transformation in the sectors of the national economy was formed, the data on foreign experience in the formation of the digital economy were analysed. A system of indicators and criteria for assessing the dynamics of digital transformation of socio-economic and environmental systems is formed, a method for assessing the effectiveness of digital transformations to ensure sustainable development is proposed. It is shown how the influence of individual indicators of digital transformations on partial indicators of sustainable development is estimated. Scientific and methodological provisions are substantiated, which allow to assess the effects of digital transformations, in particular, the expected positive impact of dematerialization of the economy and digitalization on both sustainable development and resource security of the country. Methods for assessing the effects of the spread of breakthrough technologies in socio-economic systems and substantiation of tools for innovative sustainable development of economic systems have been developed. An economic and mathematical model of spatial optimization of the development of the country's regions based on a combination of information divergence and economic and digital convergence has been developed.
