This provided an average protein yield: GST-sHB-EGF (norm) - 1.9 mg / ml, GST-sHB-EGF (mut) - 3 mg / ml, GST-sHB-EGF (del) - 2.8 mg / ml ml per liter of bacterial culture. Recombinant hSDF-1α (his) was also obtained in soluble form and it was proved that the obtained protein is able to enhance the migration of human peripheral blood leukocytes. For further immobilization of proteins, a carrier was obtained - water-soluble polysaccharide chitosan (poly-glucosamine) from natural polysaccharide chitin (poly-N-acetylglucosamine).New reagents for fluorescent labeling of biomolecules in aqueous medium based on water-soluble coumarin derivatives were also obtained.
