The specifics of adult`s subjectness and the connection of subjectness with the maturity of the adult are considered, a conceptual and terminological analysis of research on the problem of subjectness in foreign psychology was conducted, the leading psychological mechanisms of subjectness becoming, as well as the specifics of subjectness becoming in the virtual space are analyzed, in particular, on the material of psychological work in social networks in the period of quarantine self-isolation. Designing as one of the important psychological mechanisms of adult subjectness becoming, and, in particular, professional subjectness, is analyzed. Theoretical and experimental analysis of the personality subjectness mechanisms of development in the conditions of group distance work on the Internet is generalized and systematized. The psychological mechanisms of subjectness development in social media are considered, the psychological mechanisms of activation of subjectness in the period of gerontogenesis by means of distance learning are analyzed
