The object of research is public relations that arise in the field of legal principles of organization and activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to scientifically and theoretically identify a set of problematic issues of legal regulation of the organization and activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and develop recommendations for their solution. The methodological basis of the study is a set of general and special legal methods. In the course of research work, positions were identified to improve the rules governing the procedure and grounds for the use of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in crisis situations of a military nature.
