In this research, we revealed the essence of state's financial and socio-economic security in the conditions of hybrid aggression as the integrity of independent and interconnected institutional components of financial architecture, which are aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of all subjects of financial relations, their resistance to real or potential, exogenous and endogenous negative influences caused by such aggression.
Received further development: theoretical and methodological principles of formation and monitoring of state's financial and economic security, taking into account the dynamics of hybrid aggression; generalization and systematization of the experience of formation and implementation of financial and socio-economic security of the state in the conditions of hybrid aggression in countries with advanced and transformational economies.
