In the course of the work, a number of diagnostic examinations were performed for patients from the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Western Region (VMCC ZR); Lviv Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital - ATO / OOS veterans hospitalized for treatment and/or rehabilitation. The list of performed diagnostic limitations included "cardio block": heart rate variability (HRV), including orthostatic test, 24-hour ECG monitoring (Holter ECG), 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, and "endocrinological/metabolic block". Considerable attention in the format of studies performed in the "endocrinology / metabolic unit" was paid to the establishment of correlations of carbohydrate metabolism parameters (fasting blood glucose, HBA1c, and surrogate indices of sensitivity/resistance to insulin) with anthropometric data and HRV.
