The objects of research are electromagnetic, electromechanical and wave processes in space that affect the determination of the coordinates of the location object; processes of suppression of destructive action of powerful electromagnetic plant; electromagnetic, electromechanical and thermophysical processes in electrodynamic accelerator of plasma formation. The purpose of the work is to study the system of mobile portable device determining the direction of single shots; creating an experimental a sample of a universal device for protection of power supply ports; research of systems and devices for creation and throwing of plasma formations in the open atmosphere. Research methods - computer calculations, physical modeling, experimental research in real conditions. Results and their novelty - The concept of mobile has been developed portable device for determining the direction of single shots. Shown which is optimal for reliable operation in terms of ratio quality / accuracy is passive acoustic direction finding. Developed mathematical microprocessor-based device that allows the method of triangulation determine the sound source. An experimental sample of a universal protection device has been created power ports up to 2 kW, which provides a level residual voltage not more than 600 V under the action of impulse voltage interference level up to 4 kV with time parameters of the interference front in the range from 5 · 10-9 to 10-5 seconds. The device combines protection properties with properties electric broadband filter.
