Libraries of target proteins, reference compounds (23,734 compounds with PubChem, ZINC, ChEMBL, Google Patents, and eMolecules) and corresponding derivative libraries (26,167 compounds) were created, which was formed based on the results of screening repositories of companies: Enamine, IFLAB and Ukrorgsintez. Substances KS13344, Z5027530097, Z1454498428 and Z112683954 are shown as promising inhibitors of FtsZ protein. According to the results of the screening, the optimal support compounds for the synthesis of new substances and ice optimization were determined, namely: Z1574680729 and Z65190667, which have the greatest impact on the BCG strain; KS13384, which inhibits BCG culture and inhibits discrete FtsZ S. aureus. The complete screening protocol proved the inhibitory properties of 13 substances whose biological activity inhibits the pathogenic strain of M. bovis. Eleven compounds selected to inhibit FtsZ, 1 compound capable of inhibiting mycobacterial O-acetylserine sulfhydrylase (CysK1), and one substance that is both an inhibitor of both CysK1 and FtsZ.
