Object of research: processes of formation of anti-inflammatory pharmacological properties of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Purpose: Investigation of anti-inflammatory activity of active pharmaceutical ingredients and development of composition and laboratory technological scheme of production of a new medicinal product.
Research methods: In order to study ex vivo kinetic laws and 15-lipoxygenase inhibition mechanism, UV-VIS spectrophotometry is used.
The results of the implementation of the main provisions of the perspective plan for the development of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design for the scientific direction "Biology and Health" in 2021 are presented.
The full execution of the technical task to the contract for the purpose of the promising plan for the development of the scientific direction "Biology and Health" of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design for 2021 is shown. An anti-inflammatory pharmacological activity of the water-ethanol extract of Artemisia Tilesii Ledeb is investigated. The research protocol is developed, adapted to commercialize this result of scientific research at enterprises. According to the results of the study published 1 article in a collective monograph published in European publishing houses, 1 patent for a utility model, 3 theses of reports at international scientific and practical conferences.
