The generalization of the results by multivariate statistics confirms the peculiarities of the response of stress-responsive and detoxifying systems of Drosophila on the one hand as a target organism to the effects of insecticides and daphnia / danio as non-target organisms on the other. The joint localization of daphnia and danio in the plane of graphical display of the results of factor analysis confirms the implementation of common strategies of adaptation in non-target organisms to pesticides, regardless of phylogenetic origin. Chlorpyrifos is the most toxic in terms of the sum of the characteristics of the three organisms, and roundup (environmentally relevant concentrations) and malathion are the least toxic. On the basis of integrated data processing, the indicators that most likely distribute the studied groups were identified: activity of danio lactate dehydrogenase, which primarily rejects the least impacted groups (control and malathion environmentally relevant concentration), the total antioxidant activity of danio, the concentration of carbonyl derivatives and the activity of daphnia catalase, suffered more significant damage. None of the Drosophila parameters was included in the classification tree, which clearly indicates the impossibility of using an organism that is targeted to a certain factor to bioindicate and assess toxicity by a set of biomarkers. A specific set of biomarkers can be used for early detection of the risk of toxic damage to living organisms by pesticides.
