Object of the research - the regulatory and technical support in the energy sector. Objectives - development of national standards, which are identical to EN IEC 61010-2-010:2020 “Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use – Part 2-010: Particular requirements for laboratory equipment for the heating of materials” and EN 61010-2-011:2017 (EN IEC 61010-2-011:2021) “Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use – Part 2-011: Particular requirements for laboratory equipment for refrigerating equipment”, in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 1.5:2015, DSTU 1.7:2015, and technical requirements for the adoption of EN IEC 61010-2-010:2020 and EN 61010-2-011:2017 (EN IEC 61010-2-011:2021) as national standards of Ukraine; harmonization of the regulatory framework of Ukraine with international standards. Methods of the research - the application of international standards for the development of national standards of Ukraine by the method of identical translation and scientific-technical editing. Practical results - there are developed the drafts of the national standards of Ukraine DSTU EN IEC 61010-2-010:202_ (EN IEC 61010-2-010:2020, IDT; IEC 61010-2-010:2019, IDT) “Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use – Part 2-010: Particular requirements for laboratory equipment for the heating of materials” and DSTU EN IEC 61010-2-011:202_ (EN IEC 61010-2-011:2021, A11:2021, IDT; IEC 61010-2-011:2019, IDT) “Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use – Part 2-011: Particular requirements for laboratory equipment for refrigerating equipment”. The standard will be introduced in Ukraine's economy by the use in relevant industries that will stimulate domestic manufacturers to produce world-class products and thus increase their competitiveness.
