 Object of study: prevention of the spread of medical and biological emergencies. The purpose of the study is to improve approaches and measures to counter the spread of medical and biological emergencies through the use of the capabilities of modern information and communication technologies. Research methods: methods of systemic, structural, functional and mathematical analysis, theory of mathematical statistics, simulation and mathematical modeling. Practical results: on the basis of the results obtained, a structural-logical model for managing an emergency situation of a medical and biological nature in a region with unstable natural and climatic conditions has been developed.
