The algorithm for studying the peculiarities of popular parasitic diseases transmitted by the bloodstream arthropods in the conditions of the Chernobyl zone of radioactive contamination is developed. Since studies should cover all the probable links of the cycle of agents from biological and mechanical carriers, intermediate, tank guesses, whose role perform blood-sensiting arthropods, to definitive owners (various types of animals, human) - selected the most effective methods of sampling as from blood-sealing arthropods, so And from mammals that are better adapted for use in a Chernobyl radioactive contamination zone. The main methods of immunological diagnosis of parasitic zoos are worked out.
The obtained data on the prevalence of zoonosis by the territory of Ukraine, in particular, in Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions, are worked out.
