The purpose of the work is to consider theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of accounting, analysis and audit of accounting and analytical support of production and economic activities of food industry enterprises in order to improve accounting and communication tools in modernizing business management. Investigate theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation and optimization of accounting, analysis and audit processes in order to apply them in the production and training process. Research methods - in the research process general methods of cognition are used, namely empirical (observation, comparison, measurement), complex (analysis and synthesis, abstraction, etc.) and theoretical (general form of movement of scientific knowledge, the law of reflection of reality in thinking, etc.). Based on the study of the general form of the movement of scientific knowledge, the law of reflection of reality in thinking, an analysis of key contradictions in the functioning of domestic agro-industrial enterprises, the communication function of standardized accounting and reporting in foresight technology forecasting dynamics of industrial value added. The application of methodological approaches to accounting, analysis and auditing allowed to study and assess the cost in the strategic cost management system, pricing and efficiency of innovation processes in manufacturing enterprises, taking into account the variability of Ukraine's regulatory framework and tax code / tax system. Based on the research, the features of outsourcing accounting services as a form of optimization of labor costs in a pandemic were identified.
