The subject of the study is the existing methods of inclusive learning based on gender equality applied by teachers of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions in the educational process. The purpose of the work is to obtain up-to-date data on the characteristics of the process of introducing inclusive training methods for applicants of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions, irrespective of age, sex and special educational needs. An appropriate toolkit was developed and a monitoring study was conducted on existing methods of inclusive education on the basis of gender equality, used by teachers of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions of Ukraine in the educational process in the context of ensuring continuity of lifelong learning. The development of organizational culture and inclusive values of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions was evaluated. The experience of the work of pedagogical workers with students with special educational needs was investigated. Reasons identified as hindering the creation of an inclusive educational environment based on gender equality in vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions and the main strategies for reforming these educational institutions were proposed.
