As a result of the conducted researches the psychosomatic features of the course of post covid syndrome in women of fertile age who underwent coronavirus infection were studied. The peculiarities of the psycho-emotional state, the state of vegetative homeostasis was clarified, the state of reproductive health in women of fertile age who had coronavirus infection was determined. The relationship between reproductive health in women with psychosomatic features of post covid syndrome in women of fertile with coronavirus infection was investigated. A set of diagnostics, therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at correcting changes in reproductive health in women of fertile age who have had coronavirus infection and correction of psychosomatic changes in post covid syndrome in these women has been developed
