GDR report: 88 pages, 82 sources, 8 figures, 22 tables.
Cardical autonomous neuropathy, metformin, diabetes mellitus, hepatitis, chamery narrow-leaved, l-ornithine-l-aspartate, dry extract from mushrooms raveshe, a thick extract from fungi shiitake, a thick extract of mateware, doxorubicin cardiomyopathy, carbon enterosorbent, granulocytic colony stimulating factor, CYTOSTATIC MYELODEPRESSION, MELPHALANE, ENTEROSORPTION.
Object of research - cardioprotective effects of metformin in conditions of hypoxia and metabolic stress and isoproterenol-induced myocardial damage; pharmacological properties of extracts of hemia herb narrow-leaved, as well as dry extract of Reishi mushrooms and thick extracts of Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms in acute carbon tetrachloride toxic liver disease; toxic effects of doxorubicin and their correction with the help of the original granular carbon enterosorbent and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) preparations.
The aim of the study was to study the cardioprotective effects of metformin in vitro under conditions of hypoxia and metabolic stress and in isoproterenol-induced myocardial damage; to study the pharmacological properties of lyophilized extract of the herb Chameria narrowleaf (LETH), its acute toxicity, local irritant and ulcerogenic action; to establish a conditional therapeutic dose of dry extract of Reishi mushrooms (SEGR), thick extracts of Maitake mushrooms (GEGM) and Shiitake mushrooms (GEGSH) in an experiment on rats with simulated tetrachloromethane hepatitis; to study the acute toxicity of GESH, GEGM and SEGR; to study the effectiveness of carbon enterosorbent when used alone and in combination with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor drugs to reduce the side effects of doxorubicin, to determine the effects of enteral sorption therapy and granulocyte colony stimulant antihypertensive agent on the indicators;
