Ways to reduce total losses in asynchronous machines have been substantiated. In particular, technical solutions for the replacement of an asynchronous machine taking into account the power of losses in the core are substantiated. Sound management methods are the basis for the formation of source data for object-oriented programming. The drive system allows the formation of various control effects and their submission to the executive body. In this case, the object of management does not impose restrictions on management influence. Based on this, the object of control can be explored using the method of active experiment. After analyzing the results of modeling the system using the P-controller, with the parameters calculated by the methods of Ziegler-Nichols and AMIGO, it was justified to use the RI-controller, which with the help of the integrating component can compensate for static error. A digital model of the control object was created based on the system simulation. As a result of the synthesis of the control system, a continuous model of the control system was obtained, which meets the formulated quality criteria. As a result of research, the results obtained can serve as mathematical models of automated control systems for asynchronous drives, in particular excavation systems.
