The role of certain dyes, quantum dots, natural coumarins and other substances immobilized in polymer matrices in increasing the fluorescent signal and sensitivity to ultralow concentrations of certain biomarkers is shown. The efficiency of application of ionic mobility technology for detection of a group of compounds of ultralow concentration in exhalation at atmospheric pressure is shown. A sample of the device has been developed.
