The subject of the study is food allergy to cow's milk proteins, oral tolerance, sensitization, allergen-specific immunotherapy, bronchial asthma, open ductus arteriosus, respiratory support, intraventricular hemorrhage.
The purpose of the work is to improve the methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the most common diseases of childhood.
The report analyzes the literature on the role of cow's milk protein in the development of food allergies in young children. The method of elimination and oral provocation tests depending on the age of the child and the status of breastfeeding is described. The presented results allow to induce oral tolerance to cow's milk proteins.
The method of specific sublingual immunotherapy in children with bronchial asthma and sensitization to tick allergens was studied and compared. The peculiarities of the reaction of the immune system to sublingual and parenteral administration of allergens are revealed.
The prognostic value of the concentration of NT-proBNP in the serum of significantly preterm infants in relation to the hemodynamic significance of the open ductus arteriosus was determined. Prerequisites for early and late intraventricular hemorrhage in premature infants with very low body weight are described.
The severity of respiratory distress in children with very low weight does not depend on the need for tracheal intubation and artificial lung ventilation in the first minutes of life, and after primary extubation of preterm infants in the first 3 days of life, noninvasive ventilation has no obvious clinical benefits. compared to independent breathing under constant positive pressure.
